News bites: Google offers to settle EU antitrust case

Google has submitted a set of proposals to address the antitrust concerns of the European Commission, Reuters writes. 

The Associated Press reports that the Obama administration is considering tough action to respond to receent Chinese cyberattacks, including the ones on The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal.  

The Consumer Electronics Association has removed CNET as the sponsor of its annual awards after editorial interference by CNET's parent company CBS, the Verge explains.

Apple TV will begin carrying HBO Go later this year, according to Bloomberg.
