News bites: Sprint sues Dish

The data that tech companies have released in recent days on the number of government requests they receive for user information do not show a complete picture of how many deal with national security concerns, according to The New York Times.

Sprint has sued Dish to block its tender offer for Clearwire, Reuters reports.
