Florida Gov. Rick Scott (R) apparently doesn't just dislike railways that would be paid for by the federal government. A state-funded rail project also meets the governor’s disapproval.
The Orlando Sentinel reports that Scott held up another proposed commuter train system in that city, which would have been paid for by state dollars.
