What is your favorite spring break memory? |

Rep. Dave Reichert (R-Wash.): “I don’t know if I ever had a spring break. I’m the oldest of seven, and we were kind of a poor family, so I was always mowing the lawn and doing yard work. We didn’t go to places as a kid. We couldn’t afford to.”
Rep. Rob Bishop (R-Utah): “I’m sorry, I was working too hard through all my life.”
Rep. Tim Ryan (D-Ohio): “My senior year of high school, we went to Myrtle Beach [S.C.]. We had a ball. I’ll leave it at that.”
Rep. Henry Brown Jr. (R-S.C.): “We used to rent a place at Folly Beach [S.C.]. We shared a beach cottage with another family.”
Rep. Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.): “My least favorite was driving my family to L.A. so they could get on a cruise without me and I [then] flew to Washington, D.C. We’re doing a cruise together this time [to the] Caribbean.”
Rep. Adam Putnam (R-Fla.): “Just camping in the woods of Florida.”
Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.): “I’m sure it has something to do with some of the spring break vacations my children and I had. Usually a beach or spring training for baseball.”
Rep. Steve Chabot (R-Ohio): “Other than spending time with my family, which of course has to be No. 1, was when I was a senior in high school. Four of my buddies and I drove my 1956 Ford to Virginia Beach and Cape Hatteras [N.C.]. We slept on the beach, and we came back through Washington, D.C. I remember getting stopped by the police … just for going too fast. The police officer was very nice.”
Rep. Judy Biggert (R-Ill.): “I haven’t had any lately. Probably going to London while one of my daughters lived there and one of my other daughters also lived there.”
Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio): “Seeing the sun break through the clouds after a long Cleveland winter. When you see the sun break through the clouds, it makes you feel good all over.”
