News bites: Feds split over ‘too big to fail’

Federal Reserve Governor Daniel Tarullo told lawmakers at the very same hearing that the long-awaited Volcker Rule to tamp down speculative trading by banks is on track to be competed this year, MarketWatch reports. 

The American Trucking Associations has filed a lawsuit challenging contentious rules further limiting the hours big rig drivers can spend behind the wheel each week, according to The Tennessean reports.
