Wednesday's meeting announcements: Military sexual assault

The Energy Department is holding a public meeting on July 30 to gather comments on a proposal to test showerheads in a new way. 

NASA’s subcommittee on exploration and research is meeting on July 31 to organize its activities and discuss studies. 

A Commerce Department committee on information systems is meeting on July 31 and Aug. 1 in Washington to discuss export controls. 

Fishing regulators for the Gulf of Mexico will hold public hearings from Aug. 1 to 15 in 10 locations around the region to gather public input.

An advisory committee on materials export controls is meeting on Aug. 8. 

The Interior Department working group for the Glen Canyon Dam is meeting at a hotel in Flagstaff, Ariz., on Aug. 8 and 9.

On Aug. 20, a Commerce Department panel on materials processing export controls will hold a meeting to discuss new and proposed regulations. 

The Bureau of Land Management’s advisory committee for Northwest Colorado is meeting in Grand Junction, Colo., on Aug. 22 to review regional public land issues. 

Every Friday between Aug. 23 and Sept. 27, the Forest Service’s advisory committee for Virginia will meet in Roanoke, Va., to recommend projects for funding.
