The Hill, the premier source for policy and political news across social, digital, print and events, is looking for a Marketing Manager.

The Marketing Manager is a revenue-focused role that will work on the pre-sales marketing process, including all sales marketing materials and RFP responses. The candidate will successfully create integrated, compelling marketing proposals that fulfill clients’ goals. The role requires daily collaboration with sales, marketing and production teams, as well as external contacts and clients.

Job requirements
• Develop market-leading custom proposals, presentations, media kits, sales materials and RFP responses
• Work collaboratively with sales, events, video and digital teams to create compelling integrated programs
• Ability to match clients’ goals with our product set
• Offer new ideas and perspectives on our products and campaigns based on understanding the market and feedback from clients
• Track pipeline of proposals
• Have exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on client relations
• Meet deadlines while juggling multiple priorities
• Be collaborative, adaptable, resourceful and a self-starter
• Bachelor’s degree required
