This report seeks to inform policy makers and energy efficiency program administrators in the Northeast of the present status of Compact Fluorescent Lamp (CFL) disposal/recycling efforts, offer analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing recycling/disposal mechanisms that are in practice, and ultimately propose a course of action.
