Friendship Heights will gain a brand-new dining experience in mid-December when Rosa Mexicano opens its latest location at 5225 Wisconsin Ave. NW. Michael Seznec, executive general manager of D.C.’s Penn Quarter location, is also involved in the new restaurant, and said management is excited about the new venture.
