Wisconsin Place is a brand-new addition to the Friendship Heights neighborhood. The complex is a part of the new Shops at Wisconsin Place, a group of high-end stores such as MAC Cosmetics and Cole Haan. The stores and apartment complex are anchored by Bloomingdales.

Amenities at Wisconsin Place are vast — some apartments even have gas fireplaces. There is also an Internet lounge with free WiFi, coffee and tea. The complex boasts a brand-new rooftop pool and will be steps from new restaurants such as The Capitol Grille and a Whole Foods set to open at the end of the year.
