Coffee or tea? Coffee.

Salty or sweet? Salty.

What’s a food you can’t live without? That would be tacos. Taco John’s, specifically.

Where’s your favorite place to power-lunch? Taco John’s.

What’s your favorite D.C. restaurant? That’s a tough call. I like Oceanaire and La Loma. I like the cheap ones.

Have you ever gotten food poisoning? Not that I’m aware of.

What’s your favorite candy? Probably red licorice.

What’s your cooking specialty? I actually cooked when I was in college. I was a breakfast cook. So probably pancakes, eggs, stuff like that.

Do you have any food allergies? Not that I’m aware of.

What is a food you can’t stomach? There’s hardly anything I won’t eat. I’m not much for liver, but if you smother it with enough Heinz 57, I’ll eat it.

What’s your cocktail or drink of choice? I’m a lightweight on that. 7-Up and orange juice mixed.

What’s your favorite pig-out food? Pizza. I can just wolf that stuff down.
