U.S., Russia relationship at its lowest point since Cold War

Vice President at the American Foreign Policy Council Ilan Berman says relationship between the U.S. and Russia has plummeted to its lowest level since the Cold War Era.

He says the handling of the conflict in the Crimean Peninsula is evident of a growing adversarial relationship, but can it be salvaged?
