Michelle Obama guest-stars on Nickelodeon's 'iCarly'

First lady Michelle Obama is no stranger to television. She's appeared on shows like "Sesame Street" and "Iron Chef America," as well as numerous talk shows, and now has a guest spot on the Nickelodeon sitcom "iCarly."

"So what are you doing here?" asks one of the teens in this sneak peak of the show, who then adds "Your excellency," after an eyebrow raise from Obama.

"You don't call her your excellency," interjects another of the "iCarly" teens.

"No, no, I kind of like it," says the first lady.

Obama is appearing on the show to praise the iCarly gang for their support of military families as a part of her Joining Forces initiative, reported Entertainment Weekly.

"I'm proud of you," she says on the show.

The episode will air Jan. 16 at 8 p.m.
