On NBC's "Meet the Press," senior Obama adviser David Plouffe hit at GOP presidential contender Mitt Romney, claiming that his healthcare reforms, instituted as governor of Massachusetts, were the blueprint for the Obama administration's law.
"Mitt Romney is the godfather of our healthcare plan," said Plouffe.
