Obama: My to-do list for Congress is 'the size of a Post-it note'

Speaking at the University of Albany, Obama mapped out a what he called a “handy little ‘to-do' list” for Congress, while swiping Republicans on Capitol Hill for standing in the way of his agenda during a down economy.

"Today, I'm announcing a handy little to-do list that we put together for Congress," said Obama. "You can see it for yourselves at It’s about the size of a Post-it note, so every member of Congress should have time to read it and they can glance at it every so often."

"Hopefully we'll just be checking off the list, just as when Michelle gives me a list, I check it off," joked the president.
