Secretary of State Hillary Clinton testifies before the House Committee on Foreign Affairs on the attacks in Benghazi, Libya, that led to the death of a U.S. ambassador and three other Americans.
Earlier today she testified before the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations. Today's appearances are expected to be Clinton's last as the head of the State Department. Sen. John Kerry's (D-Mass.) nomination hearing to replace Clinton as secretary of State is set for Thursday.
