Michelle Obama did her first ever Google+ chat on Monday, talking about healthy eating for kids and her own family's diet and exercise habits.
The first lady said she and President Obama work out "every single day" — usually together in the mornings before they start they day.
They also have a bit of an obsession with apples.
"We do a lot of protein shakes," she said when asked about what they ate. "But if we have time for food food, fruits are great. Apples. We have apples all over the White House."
"Apples are our-go to snack."
The first lady also talked about her daughters's playing sports like basketball and skiing, pointing out their whole family is active.
Even Bo the dog gets some exercise time.
"Barack says that Bo isn't very active," Obama said. "He teases him. He actually gets out every day. The girls have to walk him."
"Dogs are no different," she said, adding "we got to worry about every member of our family."
