Libertarian-leaning former New Mexico Gov. Gary Johnson (R) seemed nervous through much of Thursday’s GOP debate, but he pulled himself together for one of evening’s more memorable lines.
“My next-door neighbor’s two dogs have created more shovel-ready jobs than this current administration,” Johnson joked.
