Cain asks Romney if his 169-page economic plan is 'simple'

Given his chance to question another candidate, Herman Cain went straight for Mitt Romney — his chief rival in the polls —attacking his economic plan as too complex during Tuesday's GOP presidential debate.

"Can you name all 59 points in your 160-page plan?" Cain asked Romney during the Bloomberg/Washington Post debate, questioning whether Romney's plan was truly fair, neutral and transparent.
