Mitt Romney launched a new website and released a Web video Tuesday morning slamming Rick Perry's record as a job creator, showing his campaign still sees the Texas governor as the biggest threat to Romney's nomination despite his slip, and Herman Cain's rise, in the polls.
The bare-bones website, careerpolitician.com, features the video, which says that Texas's unemployment rate has doubled since Perry became governor and is now the highest it's been in 20 years. Furthermore, the ad states that "nearly half of new jobs in Texas over the last four years went to illegal immigrants."
