"One of the responsibilities of leadership is that you work within your own party and you also work across the aisle and see if you can't bring people together," the presidential candidate said Thursday during a town-hall meeting in Sioux City, Iowa.
"But you know he hasn't been doing that, he's out in North Dakota campaigning. The job we elected him to do happens to be right now in Washington. You've got all these people out of work, you've got government spending massively more money than we ought to be spending and he's not there leading."
