Herman Cain's campaign manager Mark Block accused the Rick Perry
campaign of planting the story of sexual harassment allegations against
Cain during an interview Wednesday on Fox News.
"Rick Perry needs to apologize to Herman Cain, his family, and America for this despicable story," Block said.
Cain
told Forbes magazine earlier Wednesday that he believed Curt Anderson, a
former consultant on Cain's unsuccessful Senate bid, leaked the
harassment allegations. Anderson now works for OnMessage, Inc., a
consulting group that works for the Perry presidential campaign.
