Cain: 'Network' of people likely planted sexual harassment allegations

Herman Cain said he suspects more than one person was involved in leaking sexual harassment allegations against him, telling Fox News on Friday that while there were "too many coincidences" connecting Rick Perry to the story, he had no proof the Texas governor was involved.
