Mitt Romney drew long applause in Monday's Republican presidential candidates' debate when he said he would not negotiate with the Taliban.
Romney said, “take out our enemies, wherever they are. These people declared war on us, they killed Americans, we go anywhere they are and we kill ‘em.”
Saying the obama administration was wrong for negotiating with the Taliban, and that Vice President Biden was wrong for saying the Taliban are not the enemies of the United States, Romney declared that “the right course of America is not to negotiate with the Taliban while the Taliban are killing our soldiers.”
Romney did find the killing of Osama bin Laden as one thing “right” with Obama’s foreign policy.
“The right thing for Osama bin Laden is the bullet in the head he received,” Romney said.
