Under attack for his healthcare plan in Massachusetts, Mitt Romney tried to downplay the issue.
Responding to attacks over his healthcare plan in Massachusetts, former Gov. Mitt Romney said the plan is “not worth getting angry about” in Thursday’s Republican debate.
Former Sen. Rick Santorum (Pa.) hit Romney over a plan that has many similarities to President Obama’s Affordable Care Act, often referred to by Republicans as "ObamaCare."
Romney defended his plan on the state level, but called Obama’s healthcare law “bad medicine” and vowed to repeal it as president.
“We cannot give the issue of healthcare away in this election,” Santorum charged during his lengthy attack on Romney.
