Trying to promote early voting in the swing state of Colorado, the Obama campaign enlisted the help of "Man Men" star Jon Hamm to give a step-by-step explanation of the early-voting process.
"Hey Colorado! Are you voting early," the dapper Hollywood star asks. "It's easy if you make a plan. You can vote by mail or vote early in person."
Hamm gave instructions to vote either by mail or in person in front of a backdrop of "I voted" stickers. The minute-long Web video was released on YouTube by the campaign on Monday.
Hamm, along with fellow actors Jennifer Westfeldt, Laurence Fishburne and Stephanie March, spent time Monday in Grand Junction, Colo., campaigning for the president, manning phone banks and talking with volunteers at the Obama campaign office.
Both Obama and his GOP opponent, Mitt Romney, are encouraging swing-state residents to vote early as national polls continue to show tight margins ahead of Election Day.
