Conservative enthusiasts have amassed in the thousands at the annual Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington, D.C., this week.
Republican presidential hopefuls Rick Santorum, Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich all make their pitches to the activist crowds gathered Friday.
The three GOP contenders are vying for the support of the more than 10,000 people attending the conference and voters around the country.
Sen. James Inhofe (R-Okla.), Rep. Allen West (R-Fla.) and Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell also head to the stage today, as well as conservative radio host Laura Ingraham and political commentator Ann Coulter.
