The Hill policy lunch: GOP Rep. Mike Rogers on global affairs

Republican Rep. Mike Rogers (R-Mich.) is joining The Hill in launching its new Global Affairs blog during a policy lunch Thursday.

The House Intelligence committee chairman will participate in a conversation on foreign policy at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
