Pollsters, lobbyists and journalists packed the Florida Aquarium in Tampa on Monday night for a party thrown by the Distilled Spirits Council.
The evening of political-themed cocktails included a swing-state lemonade and red-state roundup to help partygoers unwind after the first day of the Republican National Convention.
GOP-convention regular Grover Norquist, president of Americans for Tax Reform, said that he “tried sort of one of everything” at the event, including a new find for him, flavored tequilas.
