Today's edition of "Convention Lunch Break," The Hill's daily TV show with Reuters, features Rep. Marcy Kaptur (D-Ohio), the longest serving woman in the House who will face "Joe the Plumber" on Election Day. We're also joined by Silicon Valley venture capitalist Steve Westly, a prominent supporter of President Obama and a speaker at the Democratic convention.
