DeFazio says Chris Cox a 'total idiot' on tax prediction

Rep. Peter DeFazio (D-Ore.) on Wednesday dismissed Republican warnings that higher taxes would hurt job creation and not lead to increased revenues, and as evidence pointed to similar warnings in the past, including one from former Rep. Chris Cox (R-Calif.), that failed to come true.
