Wasserman Schultz: Voters 'should be turning on' Romney

Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) singled Mitt Romney out of the GOP pack for criticism Sunday, saying it wasn't President Obama's economic record that voters needed to turn on.

"What we should be turning on is Mitt Romney, for example, who purports to be the alternative to President Obama," she said on NBC's Meet the Press.

She characterized Romney's approach to the economy as letting the automobile industry become extinct and leaving "people who are struggling to remain in their homes out in the cold."
