Intelligence panel chairman: US 'involved in a cyber war'

The United States is woefully unprepared to counter a “catastrophic cyberattack” that's expected within 12 to 24 months, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Mike Rogers (R-Mich.) said Thursday.
