“Do I look like a little Girl Scout here today?” Mikulski asked the presiding senator, Tammy Baldwin (D-Wis.). “I feel like a little Girl Scout.”
Mikulski said nearly 90 percent of female senators were Girl Scouts or Daisies — another program for girls — including her.
