Barney Frank suggests increased security to prevent copycats

"And it's probably the case — not probably, it is the case — that for the next period of months, maybe a year or so, there'll be some greater surveillances and restriction because there certainly sometimes are copycats, others who are inspired by this," Frank said Friday on MSNBC. "But I never doubted for a minute when I first heard the terrible news the city will go on."

On Friday federal authorities identified the two suspects in the bombing: brothers Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev. Tamerlan was killed in a shootout with police, but as of early Friday afternoon authorities were still in pursuit of Dzhokhar.
