Krauthammer: Obama has no strategy for Syrian strike

"The problem is not that he's selling his strategy, it's that he doesn't have a strategy," Krauthammer said late Monday on Fox News's "Special Report." "That's the reason everybody, left, right and center, has no idea what he's doing."

Krauthammer praised Sens. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) and John McCain (R-Ariz.) for demanding a strategy that "hits real targets," but said the senators are mainly backing Obama to save the country from humiliation.

"McCain is saying, 'It's wrong — Obama only wants to pinprick, it's not what I would do,' " Krauthammer said. "[McCain is saying], 'It is the wrong strategy, but we cannot undercut [Obama] in the process, otherwise the U.S. is completely humiliated and events will be out of control.' "
