Bono does on the spot Bill Clinton impression

When Clinton was reportedly late to take the stage, Bono swapped chairs and started mimicking the former commander in chief, saying, “When I first met Bono, he walked into the Oval Office and, actually, I thought it was a member of his own road crew. He wasn’t really dressed right. Actually, I felt like the rock star on that occasion.”

Bono, grinning at times, continued in a dead-on Southern accent to laughs from the crowd, “Then I had Chelsea torture me about all this AIDS stuff. And you know what, we got to work on it, and you know the foundation did incredible work. And right now we got affordable AIDS drugs for everybody all over the world. So these talking chops sometimes do some good!”

As Clinton began to approach the stage, the “One” singer and Irish native appeared flustered, quickly handing the microphone over to the ex-White House resident.

“I must be really easy to make fun of,” Clinton exclaimed with a smile.
