Cornyn says federal relief for Texas wildfires should be offset

Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas) on Thursday joined House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Va.) in demanding that Congress offset federal relief for disasters, including the wildfires currently ravaging Texas, with equal cuts in other parts of government spending.
