Reid: Rich can afford 'a teeny, tiny fraction more'

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) on Tuesday morning continued to insist from the Senate floor that America's rich ought to take a tax hike in order to help fund the latest break-away bill from President Obama's "jobs" legislation.
