Dem. Sen. Manchin: ‘What in the world are we doing?’ on budget

Sen. Joe Manchin (W.Va.) on Thursday was the first Democratic senator to reject President Obama's $3.8 trillion budget proposal from the floor, suggesting it is loaded with deceptive accounting tricks.

"I looked at the president’s proposed budget, the projected deficits, the accumulated debt over the next decade – and wondered: what are we doing?" said Manchin.
