WATCH LIVE: Senate sets up final immigration vote

The first vote will be on a motion to waive a Republican budget point of order against the bill. The second is a vote to adopt the substitute amendment from Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.), which includes the Republican border enforcement provisions from Sens. Bob Corker (R-Tenn.) and John Hoeven (R-N.D.).

The third is a motion to end debate on the underlying bill.

Based on Monday's 67-27 vote in favor of ending debate on the Leahy language, all three votes are expected to succeed, which will allow the Senate to finally pass the bill late Thursday or sometime Friday.
