Kate Bennett makes a mean roasted chicken. Being a culinary queen was her destiny, after all.
“My middle name is Julia — I’m named after Julia Child,” the CNN White House reporter and co-author of its COVER/LINE newsletter says.
The former fashion editor takes her French cooking with a side of fitness, “obsessing” over Solidcore.
“I pray for death three times a class.”
One benefit of the intense workouts?
“I kind of watched my butt go from point A to point B,” Bennett laughs.
That’s not her only transformation.
“When I turned 40, I always wanted a sleeve or some sort of shoulder art, and I just thought, who am I waiting for to tell me it’s OK?”
Now sporting a “multitude” of tattoos, Bennett says it’s all about staying true to one’s personal style: “I will never give up my Stuart Weitzman thigh-high boots. I’ll wear them until the day I die.”
