The video, first reported by the Independent Journal Review, shows a series of clips of Clinton making statements that were later contradicted by the new report.

The report determined that Clinton had broken State Department rules by using a private email address routed through a server located in her home in New York, saying that she had not asked permission to use it and would not have been granted it if she had.
