Human Rights Campaign creates super-PAC
The committee “supports/opposes more than one federal candidate,” commission documents indicate.
Super-PACs are allowed to receive unlimited donations in order to influence elections but may not “make contributions, whether direct, in-kind, or via coordinated communications to federal candidates and committees.”
The Human Rights Campaign did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
