“Conservatism is not about how offensive you’re willing to be,” Rubio told supporters in Overland Park, Kan. “Conservatism is not about how many people you’re willing to insult. Conservatism is not about how angry you seem to be when you talk. 


“Conservatism is about ideas, that limited government works. If you elect me president, we are returning to limited government.”

Rubio was joined by former Sen. Rick Santorum, New Mexico Gov. Susana Martinez, and Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback, all of whom have endorsed the Florida senator. Kansas’ presidential caucuses are Saturday.
