Liz Cheney is projected to win Wyoming’s at-large House seat.

Cheney, former Vice President Dick Cheney’s eldest daughter and a former State Department aide, defeated Democrat Ryan Greene on Tuesday night.

The victory is a political comeback for Liz Cheney, who mounted a brief primary challenge to Sen.
