Trump at NRA: ‘We’re getting rid of gun-free zones’ if I’m elected

Presumptive GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump on Friday vowed to eliminate gun-free zones.
“We’re getting rid of gun-free zones, OK?” he told the crowd.
{mosads}During a speech before the National Rifle Association’s (NRA) leadership forum, Trump invoked a 2015 shooting at a Chattanooga armed forces recruiting center, where four marines were killed.
He noted that the victims were prohibited from carrying firearms and couldn’t defend themselves against the gunman.
The real estate tycoon spoke moments after the NRA endorsed him for president.
As Trump spoke, Huffington Post reporter Sam Stein tweeted that he called several Trump-owned properties to ask whether guns are allowed on the premises:
Just called up Trump’s Mar-a-Lago. Receptionist tells me it’s a gun-free club.
