A new page on his website allows supporters to "volunteer to be a Trump Election Observer" by filling out a short form that then directs users to a donations page.
Those who sign up for the initiative also receive an email that pledges to stop Hillary Clinton "from rigging this election,” according to BuzzFeed News.
It’s unclear what Trump’s campaign plans to have volunteers do. Voter intimidation laws bar political parties from certain polling place activities.
“Mr. Trump regularly talks about breaking up the rigged system that disenfranchises too many Americans, and as we've seen from Crooked Hillary’s willingness to use — and outright lie about — government institutions for personal and political enrichment, there's a lot of cheating going on,” the Trump campaign told The Hill in a statement.
“To be clear, liberals love to throw out the voter intimidation card. What we're advocating are open, fair and honest elections,” the campaign added.
Trump on Friday said that the only way he would lose Pennsylvania is if the election in the state would be rigged.
"The only way we can lose, in my opinion, I really mean this, Pennsylvania, is if cheating goes on. I really believe it," he said during a rally in Altoona, Pa.
“That’s the way we can lose the state, and we have to call up law enforcement and we have to have the sheriffs and the police chiefs and everybody watching," he added.
