“We have seen 30k+ Hillary Clinton emails. Not one has been highlighted as a lie,” Cuban tweeted Tuesday. “Trump lied on his [Federal Election Commission] filing and lies every speech.”

Cuban announced in late July that he would be voting for Clinton and campaigned with her in his hometown of Pittsburgh.

He has frequently attacked Trump on Twitter, questioning the GOP nominee's wealth.

“Maybe [Trump] didn’t release his taxes [because Clinton] paid more in taxes than [Trump] made in income?” Cuban asked in July.
