Warren: Pence no better than Trump for women

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) turned her focus to Mike Pence as Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump faced fierce backlash over his lewd comments about women.
{mosads}In a fundraising email to supporters sent Saturday, Warren slammed Pence, the GOP vice presidential nominee, according to a report by Politico.
“Some GOP candidates are in panic mode, even announcing that they’ll vote instead for Mike Pence — an extremist governor infamous for trying to defund Planned Parenthood and pass some of the most outrageous anti-abortion legislation in the country,” Warren wrote.
“Please do what you can to help our Democratic women take back the Senate and stop Donald Trump and Mike Pence.”
As Trump’s vulgar remarks toward women came to light — as first revealed in leaked audio from 2005 by The Washington Post — Warren blasted Trump and urged members of his party to revoke their support.
.@realdonaldtrump: Were you lying or was sexual assault part of your action every day? It’s a simple question. You should have to answer it.

And to every Republican in Congress and running for Congress: how could you still be endorsing @realdonaldtrump? Enough is enough.
